A speakeasy in the sky
Discover a bar like no other, in a place you were never meant to see. Designed to be the private retreat of building owner Wilbur Foshay, Prohibition lounge occupies the entire 27th floor of the iconic Foshay Tower. Fresh from a multi-million-dollar restoration, this unique space boasts Art Deco design, sumptuous furnishings and African mahogany walls framing 360° views of downtown Minneapolis.
Nestle into a nook for an intimate getaway, elevated by superbly crafted cocktails and curated menu offerings (including anything you might crave from Manny’s Steakhouse, located on the ground level of the Foshay). Open from 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday, Prohibition takes sophisticated cocktailing to an entirely new level. Better yet, Prohibition can also be booked for private events.

Step into the spirit of the Jazz Age with an inspired collection of house originals. For added intrigue, nearly any cocktail can be smoked to order in our signature Smoke Box, infusing it with aromatic depth and speakeasy mystique.
