Sweet Selections for Summer's End
Executive Chef Josh Hill is hard at work crafting sweet new additions to our menu. But he's not working alone.
Hidden on the roof of W Minneapolis-The Foshay, 120,000 honeybees are busy distilling the tastes of summer into pure, raw Foshay Tower Honey. This hyper-local liquid gold will be featured—for a limited time—in new food and drink items at both the Living Room and Prohibition.

"This honey is as special as the Foshay itself," says Chef Josh. "These bees venture about two to three miles from the hive in their search for nectar, and their honey reflects the uniqueness of their environment–the riverbanks of the Mississippi, urban parks, residential gardens, balcony planters, and much more."

Here are a few delicious items we've already added to the menu:
- The Minneapolis Grilled Cheese -- Featuring Widmer 4-year aged cheddar on a toasted brioche, drizzled with honey, and served with tomato fondue. $10
- Artisanal Cheese Plate -- A selection of three regional cheeses, accompanied by fig compote, berries, house-made lavash bread, and honey. $15
- The BeeDeviled cocktail -- An autumn Happy Hour offering crafted with Jim Beam Devil's Cut, Sobieski Vanilla Vodka, pineapple juice and, of course, Foshay Tower Honey. $5 at Happy Hour.
Don't wait to try these dishes for yourself. Once our honey supply is gone, it's gone!
